Michael Allison
Michael is an Educational Partner with Polyvagal Institute & developer of The Play Zone - a unique application of PVT endorsed by Dr. Stephen Porges to optimize wellness, resilience & performance.
He currently leads a Polyvagal-informed Certificate for Wellness & Performance Coaches that is accredited by the National Board for Wellness & Performance Coaches.
Since 1999, Michael has owned & operated a training center in Santa Barbara, and is a Health & Performance Coach, Personal Trainer, Medical Exercise Specialist, Post Rehab Specialist and Certified Oxygen Advantage Breathwork Instructor.

Audrey Hazekamp, M.A. is an Exercise Physiologist, Body Whisperer, Master Coach & Senior Trainer with the Hendrick’s Institute of Conscious Living.
Through movement, breath, sound, curiosity, risk, challenge & PLAYFUL interactions with trusted others, we enter the blended physiological state we call PLAY. Together, we will PLAY our way into optimal levels of wellness, resilience, creativity and performance!
Structure
We will embed the core principles of PVT in everything we do and follow the methodology of The Play Zone including:
Creating a Container of Safety individually and collectively fostering a felt sense of safety, connection & belonging.
Practices to find our Safe Zone and improve our baseline of homeostasis supporting health, recovery, relating with others, and wellness.
Exercises to skillfully challenge, enhance and expand our resilience and capacity for challenge as we navigate the Performance Hierarchy with intention.
